Yerba Buena High School – Alternative Education Mini Campus Improvements Phase 2

Overview:  

This project includes construction to prepare for the addition of new modular classrooms to be installed on the mini campus to support program growth of the Luis Valdez Leadership Academy.

  • Phase 2a: Selective demolition of site AC/hardscape; site clearing; trenching and excavation for utilities; installation of conduit; all required fill/compaction; AC paving and patching; misc. hardscape installation; installation of new fencing; and installation of a fire hydrant and fire truck access.
  • Phase 2b: Installation of new and reconfiguration of existing portable classrooms at the Alt Ed site. Installation of all storm drains; installation of new sanitary sewer line and new water line and all associated repair; slurry seal, AC overlay, and parking lot stripping; and new electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, data, security, and clock speakers / PA system installed in all portables.
